Refund policy

Returns & Store Credit

We gladly accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    •    All tags must be attached

    •    Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or damage

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

    •    Sale or discounted items

    •    Accessories

    •    Bodysuits

    •    Intimates

    •    Items marked “Final Sale”


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Please return your item for store credit and place a new order for your preferred item.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

 

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days after delivery of your return for processing.
